SERIKA Reserve Tazzelenghe
Serika came out of the combination of the names Sergio and Erika.
This Tazzelenghe - "tongue-cutter" in Friuli dialect - has a big personality.
It is a rare wine in the true sense of the word, as it is cultivated by very few winemakers in Friuli Venezia Giulia nowadays.
Its strong traits make this native wine par excellence an austere wine, highly appreciated by the most expert palates.
Vinification and aging
The wine ages for 18 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux, carefully selected.
After this, a further aging process takes place in the bottle.
Pairings
Perfect paired with roast red meats or game.
It can also create excellent sensory effects with pot roasts and goulash.
Serving temperature
Best served at 16-18 degrees, and we recommend leaving it to decant in the glass for a few minutes, in order to enjoy its full bouquet and delicate aromas of wood.
