What is this notice?
This is a document that explains how Sergio Pitticco Società Semplice Agricola will manage the personal data that you decide to provide it with.

Why do I have to provide data?
The provision of your data is required in order to respond to your queries, and for the operations involved in the sale of wine products, performed through the website and/or at our premises.

Are there any other purposes?
In no case will your data be processed for purposes other than and/or not specifically connected to the provision of the products and services requested, unless you have expressly requested this.

Will you send me email communications?
Any email communications you may receive will be related to the management of your orders and your requests.

Only at your express request will we be able to use your email address to send you our company newsletter. You may withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time by clicking the button "unsubscribe" in the email received, or by writing to privacy@pitticco.com.

What other data do you collect?
While navigating the site, some technical information (c.d. logs) will be collected in order to guarantee the protection of the technological systems and the information they contain. These logs may contain information regarding the IP address of the user enjoying the content of the site, and are subject to automatic erasure within a year of collection.

Where and how is my data archived?
The data will be managed in digital and paper form, at the business premises or through the company website/e-commerce site. Online data is hosted on server systems located within the territory of the European Community. Online data is subject to appropriate activities of automatic saving and restoration in the event of incidents, always within European territory.

Who can access my data?
Your personal data will be processed with care, allowing access only to the Controller and to people appointed and authorised by Sergio Pitticco S.A. in connection with the activities of managing your requests for products and services.

Which external entities will receive my data?
Your data may be communicated to our accounting firm, for the registration of accounting documents, and/or - upon explicit and well-motivated request - to the legal authorities and entities in charge of the execution of public security functions.

The providers of the web hosting service and company IT assistance may have access to the data processing systems (online and at the offices), but only for ordinary and extraordinary system maintenance activities.

Which data are we talking about?
The data processed by Sergio Pitticco S.A. is your personal details, contact phone numbers and email addresses, bank details, and access log for the IT systems used for online sales.

And my sensitive data?
No processing of "private" data (i.e. sensitive data) is foreseen.

Are any automated decision-making or profiling processes carried out?
No, no processing of this type is foreseen.

How long will my data be kept for?
Your personal details will be saved for the amount of time provided for by the current civil legislation, which is for 10 years after the last invoice.

Data in connection with requests will be deleted within 1 year of their execution.

The email address provided in order to receive the newsletter will be deleted upon your request to unsubscribe.

Can I refuse to provide my data?
Yes, you can refuse to provide some or all of your data to Sergio Pitticco S.A. In this case, however, the company may not be able to proceed with the sales services requested.

Can I revoke my consent in the future? How?
You can send an email to privacy@pitticco.com at any time and change your conditions or revoke your consent to the processing.

Which regulations are we referring to?
This notice, and the entire activity of data processing, is carried out in compliance with European regulation GDPR (EU Reg. 679/16) and current Italian legislation.
